Plant is consisting of: - Masa block machine, type R9002XL, year 2006 - Without facemix , frequency controlled vibrating table. - New inox double hopper, spare feeding box. - V-belt output to elevator with lifting device ( dog system) - 2 elevator 12 stages high, double pallet - App. 2800 pallets 1400x1300mm, 43mm thickness, Azobe - No curing rooms, welded! - App. 20 german moulds for blocks/pavers.( Kobra , Rampf,etc) - Automatic finger car with laser positioning. - Itipack plastic horizontal strapping machine. - Stone pusher and pallet brush, pallet turner, pallet return - 13 trolley car to be pulled out by forklift, railsystem in floor Mixing plant - Haarup mixer 1,5 m3 output, with skip, concrete bucket to machine, year 2005 - Wurschum chemical dosing year 2013. - Cementscale on loadcells. - Complete predosing with 8 extraction flat pneumatic valves. - Special loadcell weighing bucket Gasus - Two cementsilo 80 ton with screw. - Siemens S7 control with Hydronix watercomputer. - 1 Chevron belt app 20mtr up, 1 input hopper in floor outside, 2 small conveyor belts left/right Feeding hoppers ( cant be dismantled concrete) Due to low production ( only 70 days per year due for own production use!)) and outstanding maintenance this is an exceptional plant !!
