The ATN Multisystem Crusher is the most versatile tool in the demolition range. A twin cylinder main body that can be fitted with up to 6 different jaw configurations. The twin cylinder configuration ensures that the equipment is not only amongst the most powerful on the market, but makes it particularly efficient on high reach demolition equipment, giving excellent visibility for the operator. All models are equipped with speed power valves, giving the optimum cycle times, and ultimately maximum power when required. All models have full and continuous 360° rotation, ensuring precise positioning of the equipment every time. Many years of continuous development have resulted in 6 effective jaw sets for a variety of demolition applications: CR- Crusher Jaws for Primary Demolition CP- Pulveriser Jaws for Secondary Demolition SH- Shear Jaws for Steel Processing CC- Combi Jaws for Concrete and Steel Cutting PSH- Plate Shear Jaws for Tanks and Plate Steels REC- Recycling jaw for Concrete slab processing (with rebar) The ATN Crusher is the perfect equipment for primary demolition. The ATN Crusher gives the greatest efficiency and precision, thanks to the latest technological developments. Many years of development through experience of ATN has produced high performance crushers. Technical use of the most modern steels gives the perfect combination of tool strength, light weight and optimum wear resistance. This allows a dedicated and precise demolition, limiting noisiness and vibrations. All ATN Crusher range is equipped with two powerful cylinders that exert an extraordinary press to deal with different work situation. Only the MHZ-250 model has a unique hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic rotation enable a precise and effective tool positioning: the 360° rotation can be mechanical on all range or hydraulic starting from 1450kg models. All models are fitted with rebar cutting blades. ATN commitment to continuous development of their products culminates to date with all new RHS range of hydraulic, fully rotating scrap shears. Dedicated shears for many different areas of operation, including demolition of steel structures, processing steel in scrap applications and others. The all new RHS range offer more productivity through increased power, a new jaw geometry, and all new blade designs. All RHS blades can be changed quickly and easily, minimising machinery downtime, optimising productivity.
