Powerful, flexible and cost effective tracked mobile impact crusher is suitable for all forms of recycling applications. This machine enable aggregate producers, asphalt companies, contractors and construction companies to process waste construction materials one site and produce a cost effective reusable and resalable product with the added benefit of reducing on and off site vehicle movements.<br/> Fitted with a 1000mm x 1000mm (40 x 40) Krupp Hazemag Impactor chamber, the I-1310 is mounted on a heavy-duty undercarriage for on-site mobility. <br/> Incorporating a hydrostatic drive system, this provides continuous monitoring and accurate control of the rotor speed. The standard version has a hopper capacity of 5m³; or as an option hydraulically folding extensions are available giving 8m³ capacity. <br/> Constructed of 10mm hardox walls the hopper also includes an integral pre-screen. Positioned below the crusher chamber is the integral under crusher vibratory feeder which discharges onto the 900mm product conveyor belt. The I-1310R is also fitted with an advanced CANBUS compliant electronic control system. Fully mobile plant.
