Gearbox: heavy duty type, 2 units (di̇şsan or ermaksan brand – turkey) Bottom and side liner plates in anti-wear hardox 450 sheet (ssab – sweden), thickness 12 mm, minimum hardness 450 hbw; Mixing arms and mixing blades are in ni-hard cast iron, hardness: 600 hbw Hydraulic power pack with manual pump for the emergency opening of the discharge door is present; All moving parts of the gearboxes and bearings are permanently lubricated by oil bath; High top cover (500 mm) with two inspection hatches and two wide access openable doors. Hydraulically operated standard discharge door, with three limit switches (open, half-open, close). The closing is driven by a pressure gauge on the hydraulic power pack; Modular inspection platform with access staircase and handrails is present. Hydraulic power pack motor: insulating materials class h, protection class ip55, tropicalized. Motor of hydraulic system: 2.2 kw Automatic lubrication system (lincoln – germany or ilc-max) is present.
