Recycler is designed for the regeneration of cold procured material or lump previously used material, as well as asphalt crumbs. Also there is an optional cover for using as a thermal box (hotbox) for transport of hot asphalt. The recycler allows the non-stop process of repair all the year long. In a few minutes old asphalt, cold asphalt mixture or lump asphalt turns into plastic suitable for laying hot mix. The equipment for the material storage has a welded construction, durable and easy to maintain. It heats the asphalt to the specified temperature during the coating repair. Productivity 250 kg / h.
