Offer Description
1. Bitumen emulsion circulation in the tank. 2. Heating the bitumen emulsion with diesel burner Ecoflam. 3. Back end of the tank has a spray bar with nozzles attached for spraying emulsion product. 4. Hand spray rod for spraying emulsion product. • Tank capacity 3000L/7000L. Can be mounted on a truck body. The tank is equipped with: a loading manhole, lifting hooks, anchor brackets, and side ladder (for maintenance). • Diesel Generator. • Emulsion Pump with productivity 100L/min. Pressure control valve. • Spraying on/off from the driver’s cab. • Folding spray bar (full length 3,5m, folded 1 m), transforming with 3 parts (2.5+0.5+0.5m) • The spray bar driven by the hydro cylinder. • Handle regulation of the spraying height (120cm max). • Hand spraying rod with elastic 6m hose. • Diesel burner ECOFLAM (Italy) for heating the emulsion product. • Automatic temperature control system. 1) Electrical heating of the emulsion extraction pipe. 2) Emulsion circulation system is automatic. 3) Spraying On/Off control from the driver’s cab. 4) Valve/pipe Cleaning System. 5) Compressor. Additional options (on request): 1. Hydraulic adjusting of side folding sections (0.5m left and 0.5m right) - 3000 EUR. 2. Pump productivity 250 L/min - 4000 EUR. 3. Heating of emulsion residue - 1000 EUR. 4. Adjusting irrigation density modes - 2000 EUR. 5. Hose reel (6m) 1000 EUR - (free with all additional options).
