Offer Description

The cooker is equipped with an agitator melting tank. It is particularly suitable to melting and preparing of thermal plastics for road marking, joint sealing compound and mastic asphalt. The thermal oil heating system indirectly heats up the melting material. Thereby a careful melting of the material with exact temperature control is possible. The outlet is on the right side for an easier abstraction when the cooker is placed on a flatbed. The cooker manufactured in compact steel welded structure is supplied with a Chassis. At the frame corners 4 supports are fitted to provide a proper footing and stable transport behaviour as well. The push bar is removable for easy change of the gas bottle, then they must not be balanced on the bracket. At the push handle is a holder for the manual gas burner tube. Crane and lashing eyes facilitate the loading operation and security during transport, and protect against damage caused by improper application of the slings. The melting tank is constructed of strong, heatproof steel sheet. In the tank a hand agitator with screwed agitating wings is inserted. Contents of the boiler are approx. 100 litres. The drive takes place over a crank handle with chain reduction gear. The agitator shaft is well accessible loaded and easy to maintain. The melting vats are double-walled designs and are engulfed in a flow of thermal oil. The thermal oil is heated by a gas control mechanism with safty pilot and an automatic control. The indirect heating system ensures a fast, careful and constant warming of the compound. The spiral gas burner is covered to protect the operator and contains an additional tool storage box.
